Return and Exchange
Please e-mail email@example.com for all return and exchange requests in order to receive a Return Authorization number. Please title the subject of your email either “Return” or “Exchange” followed by your order number.
Please note that all returns or exchanges sent to MIMIDALE DESIGNS without a Return Authorization number will be shipped back to the sender.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund earrings.
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn jewelry as long as a request is made within 7 days of delivery.
All returns must be unworn and sent back in their original packaging and pass an internal inspection. Any returns without packaging or that show signs of wear will not be accepted and will be shipped back to sender.
All refunds will be processed minus the shipping charge within 7 business days of receipt at our studio. We do not cover the cost of shipping for returns.
All Fine Collection, including custom ordered jewelry are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
