Order Processing and Shipping and Policies
Fine Collection orders are shipped from our studio in British Columbia. We ship items after payment has been received. please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to process and be shipped. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm PST. All orders placed after 1:00 pm PST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
CANADA
We ship all our jewelry by Canada post with tracking numbers. Packages will require a signature upon delivery if the value of the contents are $500 CAD or more.
US
We ship all our jewelry by either USPS or Canada post with tracking numbers. If the value of the contents are $1000 CAD or more, the package will be shipped via private carrier and it will require signature upon delivery.
*Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
*Shipping from one country to another can often cause delays at customs. We can not guarantee any shipping times regardless of which shipping method you choose, and we can not refund for shipping.
International
