Inspired by Ume musubi(梅結び)in Mizuhiki art. Mizuhiki is a Japanese art using special cords for gift wrapping. Ume is a type of flower (Plum) which resembles Sakura (cherry blossom), the Japanese considered Ume one of the luckiest symbols. Because this knot is hard to untangle it is widely used to symbolize a strong bonding, and therefore is  used for celebratory events such as weddings. The gemstones used in these earrings are Clear Quartz. Clear Quartz known as the "master healer" and will amplify energy and thought, as well as the effect of other crystals.  If you wish to learn more about Mizuhiki art we have a blog posted in our website.
