Gold Ume with crackled quartz

$109.00

Inspired by Ume musubi(梅結び)in Mizuhiki art. Mizuhiki is a Japanese art using special cords for gift wrapping. Ume is a type of flower (Plum) which resembles Sakura (cherry blossom), the Japanese considered Ume one of the luckiest symbols. Because this knot is hard to untangle it is widely used to symbolize a strong bonding, and therefore is  used for celebratory events such as weddings. The gemstones used in these earrings are Crackled Quartz. Crackled quartz is believed to help you open your mind to new ideas, as well as overcome feelings of fear and insecurity. If you wish to learn more about Mizuhiki art we have a blog posted in our website.
